Vegan food in London is hardly a rarity anymore. You’ve got the likes of Vurger.co pathing the way for fully vegan restaurants to pop up all over the capital. But this vegan event offers something a little bit special. Vegan Nights LDN delivers a jam packed night of music, a sweeeet venue and SO MUCH incredible vegan food.
So this month I headed down to Brick Lane for Vegan Nights’ sixth event – congrats on that by the way. I’d heard a little bit about the events but wasn’t sure what to expect. Let me tell you, I wish I’d come hungrier. There are soooo many food stalls! This has to be without fail the biggest selection of vegan food in London, and it’s all in one place for one night only (well one night a month). Fish & chips, mash topped pie, mac ‘n’ cheese, burgers, hot dogs, noodles, steaks, cupcakes, French toast… every single tasty food that exists has a vegan alternative and it’s right here at Vegan Nights.
Besides the food there are also live dj sets, two bars and heaps of outdoor seating. The buzzy atmosphere and incredible food (and the fact that it’s a dog friendly event) have got me itching to go back. I visited with 2 non-vegan friends and they had a fab night too, so vegan or not check it out and see for yourself that Vegan Nights is not to be missed!
Tickets are £5 from Dice.
